This week I'm making Ribollito, based on the classic Tuscan soup that is thickened with bread. I'll keep it gluten-free...you can dunk your own bread in...and adding Sweet Italian sausage to the traditional slow-cooked cannellini beans, mirepoix, tomato, escarole, and of course plenty of fresh herbs. It will have a chicken stock base.
We’re adding some of our customers’ favorite, most asked for soups to the line-up!
We roast fresh plum tomatoes to add warmth and depth of flavor and color…add them to a classic mirepoix and homemade vegetable stock. It is vegan, gluten free and freezes well.
