Think of us as your soup CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).  When you enjoy our broth and soup you are supporting local growers like Copicut Farms and River Rock Farms where we source our bones.  Soups and broths are made from scratch in small batches from the best local ingredients and delivered to your kitchen door.

Weekly Seasonal Soups

Every week we offer different soups made from the best of seasonal ingredients.  Most will be vegetarian, many will be gluten free to meet current needs and preferences.  Choices will be posted monthly and will include Fall favorites like Roasted Butternut Squash, Carrot Parsnip, Basque Pumpkin and White Bean, Farro and Vegetable, Moroccan Chickpea and Chard, Tuscan Vegetable, Red Lentil Soup with North African Spices

We roast fresh plum tomatoes to add warmth and depth of flavor and color…add them to a classic mirepoix and homemade vegetable stock.  It is vegan, gluten free and freezes well.
